Common Questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend getting in touch at least 4–6 weeks before your event to ensure availability. For festivals and large productions, 3–6 months ahead is advisable. We do accommodate last-minute enquiries where possible.
Do your packages include setup and pack down?
Yes — all managed packages include full load-in, rig, soundcheck, show operation and pack-down. We handle everything so you don't have to.
Can I hire equipment without an operator?
Yes, we offer dry hire for most of our equipment inventory. Day and 5-day week rates apply. View our full dry hire rate card on the Band Packages page →
Are you insured?
Yes — Radical Events holds full public liability insurance. PAT test certificates are available on request for all hired equipment.
Do you work outside Lancashire?
Absolutely. We cover the full UK — travel within 25 miles is free, 25–100 miles is charged at £0.45/mile, and national touring projects are quoted individually.
